We purchased a small 780 square feet foreclosure home. The carpet had been removed from the concrete floors in the living room and bedrooms.
The kitchen and dining room floors had several layers of old vinyl flooring plus a layer of plywood over the concrete flooring. The walls had lots of holes and scratches. The windows were old and drafty. The outside of the house had vinyl siding with holes knocked into the vinyl siding. The yard was full of broken glass and trash. We still have some work to do on the outside of the house and yard along with a few minor things on the inside of the house. This is our journey......................
