The dining area flooring had several layers of vinyl and one layer of old wood. This was removed exposing the concrete floor. Wood laminate flooring was installed. The wall paper was in good shape and a new coat of paint was applied to the embossed wall paper. New light fixtures and electrical light switch covers were installed.
