The living room and dining room are one large open area 12 x 19 1/2 feet. There were lots of nail and pin holes in the walls that had to be caulked. The walls and ceiling were repainted. Wood laminate flooring was installed. New light fixtures were added in the living area and dining area. A new door bell was installed. The elextrical light switch covers were replaced.
